1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Digital Crew ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Digital Crew is a free, community-driven platform where users can discover and share AI-powered GitHub projects. The Service allows you to:

• Browse publicly submitted projects
• Sign in using OAuth (GitHub, Google, or Facebook)
• Submit your own GitHub repositories for display on the site

3. Accounts and Authentication

To submit projects, you must sign in using a supported OAuth provider. By signing in, you authorize us to access basic profile information (name, email, profile photo) from your provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials with your OAuth provider.

4. User Submissions

• You may only submit GitHub repositories that you own or have the right to share
• Submitted projects display publicly available metadata from the GitHub API (name, description, stars, forks, language, topics)
• You may remove your submissions at any time by deleting them from the site or by deleting your account
• We reserve the right to remove any submission that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit repositories containing malicious code, spam, or misleading content
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service using automated means

6. Intellectual Property

All projects displayed on AI Digital Crew remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Submitting a project to the Service does not transfer any ownership rights. The AI Digital Crew name, logo, and website design are owned by AI Digital Crew.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers including Firebase (authentication and database), GitHub (repository data), and OAuth providers (Google, GitHub, Facebook). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Digital Crew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time using the "Delete Account" feature in the app, which permanently removes your data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
